Jawanna O'nee, is a North Carolina native with a life purpose to help heal the nation. With two wonderful children of her own, Jawanna is an indigenous healer and is spiritually intune. Jawanna O’nee has been on her spiritual journey and walking your her truth since 2019. She is intuitively aligned and is passionate about advocating for the melanated community. Jawanna O’nee is an attentive listener, well trained, and ready to assist, the community during childbirth. At Sacred Serenity, our goal is to provide holistic doula services that is rooted in traditional and spiritual wisdom.

What is a Doula?
A doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical and informational support to new and expectant parents before, during and after birth, as well as possibly while trying to conceive or in the early postpartum period.
A doula is a professional pregnancy companion whose goal is to help families have a safe, healthy and positive labor experience.

A doula offers support throughout labor, delivery, and beyond. Doulas can help cut back on time spent in labor, reduce anxiety, lower the rate of medical interventions and improve mother-baby bonding post-birth.
